- Go to Profile or Settings.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and profile data will be removed from our systems.
Option 2 — Email request
Email us from your registered address:

Include: your full name and registered email/phone
Subject: Delete my Student Bus account
Include: your full name and registered email/phone
Processed within 15 business days with email confirmation.
What is deleted
- User account (name, email, phone, profile)
- Push notification tokens
- Subscriptions linked to your account
- Student/child links on parent accounts
What may be retained
- Trial ledger — record that your device/email used the one-time free trial
- Payment records — Razorpay references for legal/tax compliance
- Anonymized logs — technical data that cannot identify you
